Cause: When you have more than one game controller, the computer will typically default to the first one you installed. However, you can change the default game controller so that the one you want to use always comes up first.
Follow these steps to adjust the game controller default:
1. Click Start--> Control Panel--> Game Controllers.
2. Click the Advanced button.
3. From the Preferred Device drop-down menu in the Advanced Settings dialog box--> select the device that you want to use and click OK.
